It depends on where you are, the time of day and traffic. When you call, we'll check what's nearest and give you a realistic time rather than a number that sounds good on the phone. If we can't get to you quickly enough in an emergency, we'll say so straight away so you can make other arrangements.

Yes. Premier Recovery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Nights, weekends and bank holidays are normal working hours for us, most breakdowns don't happen at a convenient time.

We cover London in full, including Central London, the City, Westminster, Croydon, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Enfield, Harrow, Wembley, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Sutton, Bromley and Dartford. Beyond London we cover Birmingham and the West Midlands, Manchester and Greater Manchester, Sheffield and South Yorkshire, Exeter and Devon, Glasgow and Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Long-distance transport is available between all of these.

Yes. We recover cars including low-clearance and prestige vehicles, vans from small panel vans to long-wheelbase and Luton bodies, and larger commercial vehicles. We also handle forklifts and plant. Tell us what you're driving when you call so we send equipment that can lift it.

Where it's safe and practical, yes. A jump start, a tyre change or a small amount of fuel is often quicker and cheaper than a recovery, and it gets you moving again the same hour. If the fault can't be fixed at the roadside, we recover the vehicle there and then rather than leaving you to arrange a second visit.

Your location, a postcode, road name or motorway marker post is ideal. What's happened, what you're driving, whether the vehicle rolls and steers, and where you'd like it taken. If you're not sure of any of it, don't worry; we'll work it out with you on the phone.

Yes, flat batteries are one of the most common calls we get. In many cases a jump start gets you going again without a recovery. If the battery won't hold or there's an underlying fault, we'll recover the vehicle to your garage of choice.

Yes. We handle accident recovery including vehicles that are damaged, undriveable or blocking a live carriageway. Make sure you and your passengers are somewhere safe first, then call us and we'll take the vehicle off your hands.

Yes. As well as emergency recovery we move vehicles across the country, dealer collections, auction purchases, project cars, non-runners and fleet movements. These are usually booked in advance, so call or send an enquiry and we'll quote for the route.

It depends on the vehicle, the distance and the time of day. What we can promise is that you'll be given a price on the phone before we set off, no meter running and no extra charges appearing once your vehicle is loaded.
